It’s going to be VERY warm, make sure your deer are properly gutted & packed with ice. PLEASE call ahead as we are going to need to tend to the deer immediately. Can’t wait to see everyone this year!

About Our Butcher Shop

With over 40 years of experience, Mank’s Deer Processing & Butcher Shop is a family-owned and operated business conveniently located on Route 19 in Hamlin, NY, just a few miles north of Route 104 in Clarkson, NY. We proudly serve hunters from Hamlin, Brockport, Spencerport, Hilton, Churchville, Sweden, Rochester, and surrounding areas.

We specialize in deer / venison processing and custom meat processing. We are open from early antlerless season through late muzzleloader season. Feel free to reach out with any questions before your drop-off.
